Hi, I’m Nicole Wright, founder of Wright Training & Nutrition. I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach based in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, with years of hands-on experience helping women and men build strength, improve confidence, and create results that actually last.
My approach is different from the quick-fix fitness world. I believe real transformation comes from consistent training, realistic nutrition, and habits you can maintain long term. No extremes, no burnout, and no starting over every Monday.
I specialize in strength training, body recomposition, fat loss, muscle building, and helping clients feel better in their bodies again. Whether your goal is to get stronger, tone up, lose body fat, improve energy, or simply feel confident walking into the gym, I create customized plans based on your lifestyle, goals, and experience level.
I work with beginners who need guidance and confidence, experienced lifters who want to break plateaus, and busy adults who need structure that fits real life. My coaching combines accountability, education, and a supportive push when you need it most.
